When you book a session, you're making a request that we'll confirm with you. Fees are shown on our website or quoted to you before you book (for example, an aura photography session is £50 for 30–45 minutes and includes a written report).

Payment is due at the time of booking / on the day of your session. Prices may change, but the price you're quoted at the time of booking is the price you'll pay.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before your session and we'll happily rearrange it.

• Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice: full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments: [e.g. the fee may be non-refundable].

If we ever need to cancel or reschedule a session, we'll offer you a new time or a full refund.

Please read this carefully.

Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological or professional healthcare. They are complementary wellbeing experiences and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or condition.

Nothing we say during a session should be taken as medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please always consult a qualified doctor or professional about any health concern, and never stop or change prescribed treatment based on a session with us.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns, please check with your doctor before booking, and let us know anything relevant before your session.

By booking, you confirm that:

• The information you give us is accurate.
• You're taking part of your own free choice and take responsibility for your own wellbeing decisions.
• You'll treat us and any other participants with respect.

We may decline or end a session if we feel it isn't appropriate or safe to continue.

You must be 18 or over to book a session, or have the consent and presence of a parent or guardian.

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. However, results are personal and we can't guarantee any particular outcome.

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect loss, or for decisions you make based on a session. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't legally be limited (such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
